1. Mandatory 60% Designer Payout Policy
Verified Designer Partners receive exactly 60% of the gross order value for the final design accepted and approved by the client.
Payouts are released directly via UPI / Bank Transfer once fully editable, layered source files (PSD, AI, EPS, CDR, Figma) are verified and transferred. Drafts, test concepts, or unselected files carry no payout.
2. Strict Anti-Poaching & Non-Circumvention (Zero-Tolerance)
Partners must never share personal contact details (phone number, WhatsApp, email, social profiles, external payment handles) with clients introduced via Design Quixo, nor solicit off-platform transactions.
Violators face immediate permanent blacklisting, complete forfeiture of accumulated wallet balance, and liquidated damages / legal penalties up to ₹1,00,000 INR.
3. 100% Human Handcrafted Craftsmanship & Originality
Use of automated AI generators (Midjourney, DALL-E, generative canvas fillers) is strictly prohibited. Every project must be designed manually by a human designer with commercial licensing rights for typography and photography.
4. Intellectual Property & Transfer of Rights
Upon client approval and receipt of 60% partner compensation, 100% intellectual property, commercial reproduction rights, and copyright for the chosen work transfer irrevocably to the client.
5. Jurisdiction & Governance
Governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the laws of the Republic of India. Exclusive legal jurisdiction resides in the competent courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
